Biostem Refund Policy for MSC Therapy Downpayment
At Biostem, we aim to accommodate the needs of our patients while ensuring effective use of our resources. Below is our refund policy for MSC therapy downpayment:
1. Full Refund
- Cancellations made 45 days or more before the scheduled procedure are eligible for a 100% refund of the downpayment.
- The cancellation request must be made in writing via email or phone.
2. Partial Refund
- Cancellations made between 30 to 44 days prior to the procedure will receive a 50% refund of the downpayment.
- The remaining 50% will cover the costs incurred in preparation for the procedure.
3. No Refund
- Cancellations made 29 days or less before the procedure will not be eligible for a refund due to the advanced allocation of resources and preparations already in place.
4. Rescheduling Option
- Patients wishing to reschedule their procedure must notify us at least 30 days in advance. The downpayment will be credited in full towards the rescheduled date.
- Rescheduling requests made 29 days or less before the procedure will incur a 10% rescheduling fee, which will be deducted from the downpayment.
5. Special Considerations
- In the case of medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances, Biostem may offer a partial refund or allow a reschedule without penalty. Supporting documentation may be required for these requests.
6. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
- For payments made by bank transfer, kindly provide the necessary details to process the refund.
